Elite Aesthetics was originally started in 2017 by owner Mariesa Porter. Mariesa’s unique career path as a first assist in plastic surgery, to a head nurse in a top cosmetic dermatology practice, to a Nurse Practitioner providing injectable services in several Manhattan med spas has led to the creation of a top tier, all-inclusive, cosmetic practice known today as Elite Aesthetics. Mariesa feels that her extensive knowledge in invasive plastic surgeries combined with more superficial dermatological treatments is what has enabled her to truly perfect her injectable results.

Aesthetic medicine is my passion. I have a passion for making things effortlessly beautiful. I expect the best in all aspects of my life so naturally my practice is no different. There is something sacred about wanting to enhance your appearance and who you trust to go on that journey with. I wanted to create a safe and inviting space to do so. Where people just know that from the very first interaction, they are in the best of hands. Throughout my journey as an entrepreneur, I’ve gained the confidence in myself and validation that this is what I’m meant to do and I want to show others that’s it’s possible for you too; to look and feel like whatever you choose.
